Very useful for intl calls.

The quality is as I would expect for a VOIP app. It is functional; good, not excellent. When I called to add credit, from within the application, I was connected promptly to a very helpful courteous rep.
I have 20 years in customer service; managerial, technical, and phone support. I was pleasantly surprised by the support they provided.
